G.Marie Boutique x Wildfox

It was a good night for the Wildfox Spring line launch at G. Marie Boutique in Laguna Beach. House music mixed with some vintage and new style clothing for women (and a small selection for men) was definitely refreshing from other fashion events I've seen. If you claim to be a stylish girl, check out G. Marie Boutique. She has plenty of clothes you won't find elsewhere.

I was lucky enough to meet Rod, a friend of the boutique owner. This fresh son of a gun hails from Miami but now lives in my old stomping grounds, Laguna Niguel. Definitely one of the cooler guys I've met in a long minute.

Valentino Lives Again, Ducati Does Me Right

After waiting 3 weeks from putting my 848 in the shop, I finally have him back. The radiator cracked on me so I took it to Spectrum Motorsports in Orange County, and what was funny is that as soon as I got there a tech walked out and said "oh here's another one". Apparently in the early model 848s the radiator wasn't designed too well, fortunately Ducati (and Spectrum Motorsports) took care of me as always. You may be asking why This Ducati 848 is dubbed "Valentino". For those of you who don't know MotoGP (The F1 of motorcycle racing) Valentino Rossi signed a 2 year contract with Ducati not too long ago.

Late Night Shooting

It was late and I've been wanting to practice shooting with my Nikon, so I went out to the Grove parking structure and started playing with settings. Fortunately I have a nice centerfold to shoot, so after playing with settings, angles, and photoshop, I finally have a product I'm satisfied with. What's next? Trying to shoot in the day, if or when I have the time. Check back soon for more photog content. Oh yeah, I leave for Arizona in a few hours and need to sleep. Got to love when the urge of creativity comes to mind.

Convoitise. Amour.

Just got the knack for painting again, it's been too long. I couldn't help but get started right away so I just went 7 hours straight on this piece (speeding up the process of layers by using a hair dryer to get the paint dry). I'm itching to get it done, hopefully it's something that will age well. My style isn't so much of a renaissance, but more directional and in some ways random. Enjoy it, and let your creativity out even if you don't like the outcome.

V-Day, A Good Day

Today was Valentine's Day as you all know. A day to spend with your loved one and really show them how much you love them by dropping gross amounts of money and energy in one day. My valentine was actually my M5, Gunther. So I decided to upgrade his lights to the 2010 Eurospec ones so he can look brand new. I'm just playing, obviously. A car as a valentine? No. So I just decided to hang on my rooftop pool since it was a nice day. If I died and came back as a person, I'd come back as me. Catch you next time and hope all you love birds had a great V-day.

Good morning everyone, well I guess it's still morning. Fortunately I get to wake up to this (Southside of Downtown LA) every morning so there's a good amount of motivation to stay on my grind and keep moving. What's the biz today?
